Our Story

Born from a simple question

Will It Waffle? started the way the best ideas do — with a question nobody asked and an answer everybody needed. What if a waffle could be more than a weekend breakfast? What if it could be lunch, dinner, a late-night treat, or the reason you finally leave the house?

We opened our doors in Crown Point with a single waffle iron, a recipe we'd tested a hundred times, and a stubborn belief that food should feel like a hug. Today, we're still making every batch from scratch, still experimenting with new flavors, and still genuinely excited when you walk through the door.
